Description
BIOFHEMOTEST (V455) indicates whether the respondent's hemoglobin level was tested from a blood draw by DHS personnel, or, if not, why their hemoglobin level was not measured. All "Not measured" responses have a common first digit of "1," while the second digit reveals the reason (e.g., not present, refused, technical problem).
