Description

DELUMBCHLORYN_01 indicates whether, in response to a closed-ended question, the respondent reported chlorhexidine was applied to the stump of the child's umbilical cord (for the last birth). Chlorhexidine is an antiseptic and disinfectant recommended by the World Health Organization for cord care.
