Description

DELDECIDETIME_ALL reports the mother's response to the question, "How long did it take for you to decide to go and reach the health facility (to give birth)?" This variable measures the length of time (in minutes or hours) the mother had been in labor by the time she reached the health facility.

DELDECIDETIME_ALL consists of a set of up to six separate variables, covering the most recent birth (DELDECIDETIME_01) up to the sixth-most-recent birth (i.e., DELDECIDETIME_02, DELDECIDETIME_03, DELDECIDETIME_04, DELDECIDETIME_05, and DELDECIDETIME_06) during the reference period prior to the survey. If DELDECIDETIME_ALL is included in a data extract, all these separate variables are included in a researcher's data file.
