Description
FSNOTREATGON indicates whether the woman reported the disappearance of the problem as a reason for not getting treatment for fistula, in response to an open-ended question.
When children are chosen as the unit of analysis, the woman respondent indicates the mother of the child.

Apart from universe differences, FSNOTREATGON has no comparability problems.
