Description
EXERWEEK reports the number of days the woman respondent has exercised, with vigorous physical activity for at least 15 minutes at a time, in the last week. "Vigorous physical activity" is defined as an activity that makes the respondent breathe much harder than normal and may include heavy lifting, digging, jogging, or fast bicycling.
