Description
For women who believe that they are at moderate or great risk of getting HIV/AIDS, AIDHRISKCUT indicates whether, in response to an open-ended question, they reported experiencing skin cutting or piercings, including circumcision, as the reason.

In Phase III of the standard DHS questionnaire, the standard questionnaire asks an open-ended question about why respondents believe they are at great or moderate risk of getting HIV/AIDS. AIDHRISKCUT is a country-specific response category.
