AIDRISK (V758) is included in Phase III of the standard DHS questionnaire.
Comparability — Chad [top]
The 2004 Chad survey first asks, "Do you think there are groups of the population that have a greater risk than others of contracting AIDS, because of, for example, their actions, their job?" It then asks, "Do you think that you yourself are part of a group at risk?" "No" responses are coded as "Small risk," and "Yes" responses are coded as "High risk" for the 2004 Chad sample.
