Description

CDPLAYNONE indicates whether no one played with the respondent's youngest surviving and co-resident child age 3-4 in the past 3 days.

This is followed by the open-ended question, "What are these learning activities?" A response of "yes, no one" in CDREADNONE indicates the respondent did not report playing with the child as a learning activity.

The 2013 Togo survey asked whether anyone played with the child. A response of "no" to that question was recoded as "1--Yes, no one (played with child)" for CDPLAYNONE.
