Comparability — Index
Comparability
Apart from universe differences, CDWHOMOST is largely comparable across samples.
Comparability - Standard DHS
CDWHOMOST is a country-specific variable, and it is not included in any phase of the standard DHS questionnaire.
Comparability — Senegal [top]
The 2010 Senegal survey asks about the youngest child age 3-5. The 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Senegal surveys ask about the youngest child age 3-4. The 2017 Senegal survey includes all women of childbearing age in this variable; presumably, those women without young co-resident children were coded as "no one."
