CONEVERYPAR1 (V833A) first appears in phase V of the Standard DHS with the wording, "Did you use a condom every time you had sexual intercourse with this person in the last 12 months?" In phase VI, the question wording changed to "Was a condom used every time you had sexual intercourse with this person in the last 12 months?"
