Description
COUTRBADCOUGH indicates whether the woman respondent said, in response to an open-ended question, that a strong, frequent, or continuous cough indicated a child sick with a cough should be taken to a health facility or health worker for treatment. This response sometimes did not appear on the survey form, but rather was constructed from written-in "other" responses.
