Description
COUTRWEAK indicates whether the woman respondent said, in response to an open-ended question, that weakness or tiredness indicated a child sick with a cough should be taken to a health facility or health worker for treatment. This response did not appear on the survey form, but rather was constructed from written-in "other" responses.
Comparability
COUTRWEAK has no comparability problems.
