DELCESRTOLD_ALL variables are 1-digit variables.
0 = No
1 = Yes
7 = Don't know
8 = Missing
9 = NIU (not in universe)
For women who gave birth in the last three to five years by caesarean (cesarean) section, DELCESRTOLD_ALL indicates whether they were told why the caesarean (cesarean) procedure was performed.
DELCESRTOLD_ALL consists of separate variables, covering the most recent birth (DELCESRTOLD_01) and, in some cases, additional births (potentially, DELCESRTOLD_02, DELCESRTOLD_03, DELCESRTOLD_04, DELCESRTOLD_05, and DELCESRTOLD_06).

DELCESRTOLD_ALL is a country-specific variable not included in any phase of the standard DHS questionnaire.
The 2018 Bangladesh survey asks if the woman or her family were told why the caesarean section was performed.
