Description
DELUMBTRCHLOR_01 indicates whether, in response to an open-ended question, the respondent reported that chlorhexidine was applied to the stump of her child's umbilical cord (for the last birth). Chlorhexidine is an antiseptic and disinfectant recommended by the World Health Organization for cord care.
