Description
DELUMBTRMUST_ALL indicates whether, in response to an open-ended question, the respondent reported that mustard oil was applied to the stump of her child's umbilical cord.
DELUMBTRMUST_ALL consists of a set of five separate variables, covering the most recent birth (DELUMBTRMUST_01) up to the fifth-most-recent birth (i.e., DELUMBTRMUST_02, DELUMBTRMUST_03, DELUMBTRMUST_04, and DELUMBTRMUST_05) during the reference period prior to the survey. If DELUMBTRMUST_ALL is included in a data extract, all these separate variables are included in a researcher's data file.
Some surveys, specified in the Comparability section, collected this information for the last-born child only (DELUMBTRMUST_01).
