Description
DIATRIRRIT indicates whether the woman respondent said, in response to an open-ended question, that irritability or agitation indicated a child sick with diarrhea should be taken to a health facility or health worker for treatment.

DIATRIRRIT is incorporated in the standard DHS questionnaire for Phase 3 through a variable for country-specific responses about signs of diarrheal illness indicating that the child should be taken to a health facility.
