Description

DRAINPROBPOOLOWN indicates whether the household's dwelling has a problem with toilet drainage in terms of pooling around the household's own dwelling.

The information in DRAINPROBPOOLOWN is taken from the household record and applies to regular household residents, not temporary visitors.
