Description

FPHOMVISITYD indicates whether, in the six months preceding the interview, the woman was visited by a fieldworker who (a) talked to her about family planning, (b) gave her a family planning method, or (c) talked to her about family planning and gave her a family planning method.

A related, consolidated variable indicating whether the woman was visited by a fieldworker for family planning (yes/no) is FPHOMVISITY (V393).
