Description
FPSRCINPLTS reports where the woman would go to obtain medicinal plants/herbs and/or information about using this method, if she wanted to use it to delay or prevent pregnancy.
FPKNOSRCPLT is a complementary "Yes/No" variable that indicates whether the woman knows of a source to obtain this method and/or information about using it without specifying the exact place.
Comparability
FPSRCINPLTS has no comparability problems.
Comparability - Standard DHS
Although questions on where the woman could obtain a given contraceptive method and/or information about using that method are included in the standard DHS questionnaire for Phases I and II, FPSRCINPLTS is a country-specific response category that is not included in any of the standard DHS modules.
