Description
GEO_NM2000_2013 indicates the region of Namibia where the respondent was interviewed. The variable is integrated to yield units with consistent boundaries across samples.
Labels identify the modern geographic units (regions) contained in each integrated region. Each sample also has its own non-integrated geography variable.

Comparability
Namibia was grouped into three broad regions in 1992. For integrated geography covering 1992 to 2013, refer to GEO_NM1992_2013.
The ÇKaras Region, also spelled !Karas Region changed its name from Karas.

- Namibia 2006: All women age 15-49.
- Namibia 2013: All women age 15-64.
