HCQUALITY reports the quality of service the woman received, the last time she was treated at a hospital or clinic. Those not receiving good service reported whether the main problem was with waiting times, quality of staff interaction, or lack of information.
Universe
- Ghana 2008: Women age 15-49 who are covered by health insurance.
- Ghana 2014: Women age 15-49 who are covered by health insurance or are registered with NHIS.
