OTHILLNESS indicates whether the respondent currently has some other illness. The meaning of "other" must be interpreted relative to the specific illnesses included in a particular sample.

Comparability - Standard DHS
OTHILLNESS is a country-specific variable, and it is not included in any phase of the standard DHS questionnaire.
The 2016 South Africa survey asks where the respondent feels pain or discomfort, not what type of illness she has.
