Description
PPBFHELP_ALL (M78D_X) indicates whether a health care provider counseled the female respondent on breastfeeding in the first two days after the child's birth.
PPBFHELP_ALL consists of a set of up to six separate variables, covering the most recent birth (PPBFHELP_01) up to the sixth-most-recent birth (i.e., PPBFHELP_02, PPBFHELP_03, PPBFHELP_04, PPBFHELP_05, and PPBFHELP_06) during the reference period prior to the survey. If PPBFHELP_ALL is included in a data extract, all these separate variables are included in a researcher's data file.
