Note that the response codes may have only numeric names for the provinces (e.g., Province 1). In September 2015, Nepal formed 7 provinces; these were initially given numeric names, but the numbers refer to clearly demarcated locations. The labels in PREVREGIONNP will be updated as more provinces receive official names.
