SXPRIVACY indicates whether privacy was obtained when the interviewer asked questions regarding the woman's sexual experience.

Apart from universe differences, SXPRIVACY has no comparability problems.

Comparability - Standard DHS

Benin 2006: Women age 15-49 who have ever had sexual intercourse.
Niger 2006: Women age 15-49 who have ever had sexual intercourse and whose households were not selected for the man's survey.
