HUSEDYRLR reports the number of years of schooling the female respondent's husband completed at the highest level of schooling achieved. This variable is country-specific to Liberia.

Comparability

If the level of schooling reported in HUSEDLVLLR is primary or secondary, the class or year reported in YRSCHLLR corresponds with the totalyears of school attendance, rather than the years of education at the highest level achieved. However, if the highest level of education is Vocational or Higher, the value labels for HUSEDLVLLR report the number of years of schooling at the level achieved.

For example, if HUSEDLVLLR is "Vocational" (code "3") and HUSEDYRLR is "2", the individual has completed 2 years of vocational education. However, if HUSEDLVLLR is "Secondary" (code "2") and HUSEDYRLR is "8"), the individual has completed 8 years of school, including both primary and secondary school.
