HCMET3 indicates whether the woman reported a "government health center" as a source for male condoms. This response category is country-specific to Ethiopia.

Some samples in the "HCM" series include categories that can be consolidated into a single response. IPUMS-DHS uses supplemental programming to combine these responses in a standard variable while preserving the separate responses in country-specific variables.

HCMET3 is combined with HCMET2 (government health post/HEW) in HCMPUBHC (all public health centers and health posts) for the 2000, 2005, and 2011 Ethiopia samples.
